Be on Time-ish

We totally get that life happens - traffic, wrong turns, missing socks.
If you're running late, just give us a quick heads-up so we can keep things flowing smoothly.

 

Booking With Us

All appointments can be made through Treatwell, in person at the salon, or by giving us a quick call.
Whichever way you choose, it all stays neat and tidy (just like your freshly-done ends).

Cancellations Happen

Plans change - we won’t take it personally.
Just try to cancel or reschedule as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else craving great hair.

 

Hair Journeys Are Unique

Every head of hair is different.
Some take a little longer, some need extra love - we’ll always chat things through so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Extra Bits

If your hair is extra long or extra thick, we may need a little extra time (and product).
Your stylist will let you know in advance so there are no surprises - only good ones.
